Michael Ohene-Effah is an international development, governance, and behavior change communications consultant with over 23 years of experience, including 15 years in senior leadership roles across the private sector, diplomacy, and international development. He is the co-founder and Executive Director of LeadAfrique International, and has led high-impact, donor-funded programmes in governance, elections, and local economic development. Internationally recognized, Michael has worked with organizations such as DFID, USAID, EU, and DANIDA, and facilitated over 300 workshops across sectors. He holds an MBA in Global Business and Sustainability and is a certified facilitator and advisor with several global professional affiliations.
